Giving is coming soon. These guides preview the product. Access is currently closed, including for existing MarkTrack customers. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens.
Your school already has an organization, administrators, school access rules and a billing setup in MarkTrack. Giving starts from that foundation. It provides a dedicated fundraising app at giving.marktrack.com while keeping the account connection your team understands.
For an Islamic school, madrasah or maktab with a busy office, the benefit is practical: the people responsible for a campaign can use a familiar account and find the campaign, donor records and promotion material in one fundraising workspace.
The same admin login
When access opens, Giving will use the normal MarkTrack sign-in and return administrators to the Giving workspace, including after selecting an organization where necessary. Administrators will also find Giving in Billing. For now, the landing page has a waitlist instead of a login; existing MarkTrack credentials do not unlock Giving.
Giving administration follows the selected account’s role and billing permissions. Parents, students and teachers do not gain campaign administration simply because they use MarkTrack. Public supporters can visit a campaign and donate without an LMS account.
Your existing organization and schools
An organization administrator starts with All schools and can narrow the Giving workspace to a school. A campaign can belong to an individual campus or the organization as a whole. School-limited administrators work within their allowed school access; they do not receive the organization’s entire donor history.
The Giving workspace selection is separate from the school selection used for normal LMS work. That allows a central administrator to review fundraising across campuses and then return to the usual school workflow without treating every donor as a student or parent.
Your eligible Stripe connection
Giving uses the organization’s existing eligible US Stripe Connect account after the required readiness checks. Donations are processed through Stripe and routed to that connected account after applicable fees. The account’s Stripe payout settings govern the onward bank payout process.
This first release supports USD fundraising for US organizations. It is not a promise that every existing Stripe account is immediately compatible. Your team should complete the readiness checks and have Giving enabled before publishing an appeal. The standard Giving platform fee is 3% plus processing, and donors may optionally help cover fees.
A separate home for donor records
The connection to MarkTrack is about identity, organization, permissions and payment setup. Giving has its own campaigns, donor records, monthly gifts and donation ledger. It does not automatically turn school families into a fundraising mailing list, charge their saved tuition payment methods, or apply a gift to an unpaid school invoice.
Donors provide their details during giving. Public anonymity and private donor records serve different purposes: a supporter can keep their name off the community feed while the school retains the information needed to manage the donation. Campaign-specific communication consent should guide follow-up.

Promotion material beside the campaign
Once the campaign story and image are ready, the press kit can generate printable flyers, social material, QR codes and a short animated promo video. AI assists the email and social copy. The person checking the campaign can review those assets from the same campaign page rather than hunting through a separate set of design files.
Read the AI press-kit guide for details and the coming-soon advertising roadmap. Automatic outreach agents are planned; they are not a current capability of the LMS connection.
Join the waitlist
Leave your name, email and school or organization in the Giving waitlist form. We will contact you when access opens. Joining does not create an account, enable fundraising or authorize a payment.
Giving requires the MarkTrack LMS. When the product launches, the workflow will be to select a school or organization, verify the payment setup, create a campaign and share its page and press kit. For now, both new and existing customers remain on the waitlist. Regular MarkTrack LMS access continues as usual.
Creating a MarkTrack account does not unlock Giving. If you are comparing it with a separate tool, weigh the connected workflow against the fee difference using our donation-platform guide.
