The difficult part of promoting an Islamic school fundraiser is often preparing all the small pieces. You need a flyer for the noticeboard, a picture for the community group, a QR code, a short video and words someone can paste into an email. Giving brings that work around one campaign instead of making your office rebuild the same story in several places.

Start with a campaign worth sharing

AI cannot supply the school’s actual need or verify the budget. Begin with the approved goal, a clear story and a photograph or concept image your organization is allowed to use. Add the important details to the campaign first so the promotion material reflects the page supporters will reach.

For a construction campaign, explain what this phase includes and distinguish work already completed from the proposal. For a maktab resource fund, describe the students and program in a way that protects their privacy. The better the source information, the less rewriting your team needs later.

What the Giving press kit creates today

  • A QR code that links to the public campaign.
  • Printable flyers in US Letter and A4 formats.
  • A portrait social image for sharing the appeal.
  • A short animated promo video using the campaign image and captions.
  • AI-assisted email and social wording for your team to review.

The video is a generated promotional asset, not a filmed documentary about your school. AI assists the copy; the campaign image and animated captions form the video. You can also upload your own campaign photos and videos, choose a thumbnail, and add generated material to the campaign gallery.

Review once, then share deliberately

Read the flyer and copy as if you had never heard of the project. Check the organization name, purpose, amount, dates and any statements about eligibility. Make sure the public page is available before printing. Scan the actual printed QR code on several phones and from the distance people will use it.

Keep a readable campaign link near the code, use a clear call to action, and ask permission before placing material in community spaces. For videos containing speech, use accessible captions. A promotional asset should help someone understand the cause even when they cannot hear audio or scan a code.

When the campaign changes, regenerate and review the kit. Old printed flyers and previously downloaded files do not rewrite themselves. Decide which materials need replacing and tell volunteers which version to share.

Keep promotion connected to the school workflow

Giving uses your MarkTrack admin credentials, existing school permissions and eligible Stripe connection. Donor records and campaign activity live in a dedicated workspace. The press kit sits with the same campaign, so the office can find the page and its promotional material together.

The current kit prepares assets and copy for sharing. It does not currently operate a bulk email or SMS campaign builder, buy advertising, or make calls. You can use approved communication channels your organization already maintains. See how Giving connects to MarkTrack for the current boundaries.

Coming soon: agentic advertising

We are planning agents that help schools find fundraising opportunities and potential supporters, suggest ways to promote a campaign, and assist with outreach on the organization’s behalf. The direction includes researching relevant local businesses, preparing outreach email, and supporting calls to prospective partners, including cold outreach where appropriate.

These capabilities are not available today. The intended experience puts your school in control of the audience, message and authorized actions. Approval, communication preferences and a clear record of outreach are part of that direction. There is no release date or promised fundraising result.

Use the press kit for the work it can complete today: turn an approved campaign into material your community can share. Then follow the campaign launch plan to put that material to work.

A familiar platform.
A new way to give.
