A few good questions.

Can Giving by MarkTrack be used without MarkTrack?

No. Your organization must use the MarkTrack LMS to use Giving. Giving is not available as standalone software. Donors can still give without a MarkTrack account.

Can we log in with our MarkTrack account?

Not yet. Giving is currently waitlist-only, including for existing MarkTrack customers. Once access opens, authorized admins will use their MarkTrack credentials. Your regular MarkTrack LMS login continues to work as usual.

Where do the donations go?

Payments are processed through Stripe and routed to your organization’s connected Stripe account, after applicable fees. Bank payouts follow that account’s Stripe settings.

Can supporters give monthly or anonymously?

Yes. Supporters can give once or monthly, choose their amount, and keep their name private on the public feed. Your team still receives their private donor record. Monthly donors can manage or cancel using the link in their receipt.

Can we accept zakat and sadaqah?

Campaigns support sadaqah. Your organization can enable zakat after providing its own eligibility and distribution explanation. Your team is responsible for deciding whether a campaign is eligible.

Does joining the waitlist give us access?

No. Giving is not open for campaign creation or donations yet. Joining the waitlist records your interest so we can contact you when access opens. It does not create an account or enable Giving.
